Privacy Policy

Revloop provides business call operations, AI call handling, routing, call logs, customer data, and messaging-related account support. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Effective date: May 1, 2026

Information we collect

We may collect account details such as your name, email address, company name, website, phone number, billing details, and operational preferences when you create a Revloop account or onboard a business.

We may also collect call-related data such as caller number, tracking number, call recordings, call duration, call outcome, routing status, callback details, and business notes generated during call handling.

How we use information

We use information to operate the platform, route inbound calls, power AI and human call workflows, provide call logs, support customer callbacks, manage billing, improve reliability, and protect accounts against abuse or fraud.

We may use operational data to improve qualification rules, review workflows, and business routing accuracy. We do not sell your business account data to third parties.

Call recordings and customer data

Calls handled through Revloop may be recorded or logged for quality, routing, review, compliance, and callback purposes. Businesses using Revloop are responsible for following local laws related to notice and consent where required.

Customer data captured during calls may include name, issue, location, urgency, preferred callback time, and related operational notes. This information is used to help businesses follow up on real customer opportunities.

SMS and messaging consent

If you provide a phone number through Revloop forms, onboarding, support requests, or callback requests, you may receive service-related messages such as account verification codes, callback confirmations, support updates, and operational notices.

Message frequency may vary. You can opt out of service-related text messages by replying STOP where supported. For help, contact team@revloopbeta.io.

Sharing and service providers

We may rely on trusted infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including providers for hosting, authentication, telephony, analytics, payments, messaging, and email delivery.

These providers process data only as needed to support Revloop’s operation and security.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect business and call data. No platform can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and secure sensitive operations.

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, support legitimate business workflows, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
