These terms govern access to Revloop’s business call operations platform, including onboarding, routing, AI call handling, call data, messaging, billing, and related account services.

Use of the platform

By using Revloop, you agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, routing numbers, and account details you provide.

You may not use Revloop to send abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or unsolicited communications or to route calls in a way that violates telephony, privacy, or consumer protection laws.

Business responsibility

Businesses are responsible for their own customer interactions, pricing, services, call outcomes, and follow-up behavior. Revloop provides routing, call operations, and support tooling, but does not act as the service provider for the end customer’s underlying job or appointment.

If your workflows use call recording, AI assistance, or text messaging, you are responsible for making any required disclosures and ensuring your use is compliant in relevant jurisdictions.

Messaging terms

If you opt in to receive service-related text messages from Revloop, those messages may include account verification, support responses, callback coordination, and operational notifications. Message frequency may vary. Standard carrier rates may apply.

You can opt out of supported messaging by replying STOP. For help, contact team@revloopbeta.io.

Billing and availability

Some Revloop features depend on account balance, verified integrations, approved campaigns, or external providers such as telephony and payment infrastructure. Access to certain features may be delayed, limited, or unavailable if those requirements are not met.

Platform pricing, approvals, payout logic, and related operating rules may change over time as the product evolves.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access to accounts that create compliance risk, abuse messaging systems, engage in fraud, attempt to bypass platform controls, or otherwise threaten the reliability or safety of the service.

No guarantee of results

Revloop aims to improve business call operations, but does not guarantee campaign performance, rankings, booked jobs, response rates, or customer outcomes.
